Risks with alcohol exposure may be subject to lower liability limits than other types of risks, and a signed liquor exclusion form is required for coverage to be bound. A letter on agent’s stationery advising insured of the limitation in the policy is also requested.

Liquor Legal Liability coverage is available for most restaurant classes. Reduced limits may apply for businesses with higher alcohol sales.
