This credo was passed on to me by my father, James W. Chadwick, who was president and chief executive officer of Tuscarora Wayne when I joined the company. We have organized Tuscarora Wayne around this philosophy and it remains an important ingredient in our mission to "serve the underserved." This unconventional approach allows us to serve a wide array of individuals and business owners including those who may not otherwise obtain insurance due to unique situations.

Our underwriters have every opportunity to know their agents, and we insist our agents know and recommend the insured and the risk. We put our faith in the people we protect.
